How do deliveries work?

After placing your order, we'll hand-deliver your baby food on one of our shipping days.

Which cities do you offer deliveries to?

We currently offer deliveries to the following B.C. cities: West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Surrey, and Langley.

If you live outside of these areas, please email us your city for us to consider.

How much do you charge for local delivery?

We offer free local deliveries with a minimum order purchase of 2 packages of baby food. If you're ordering 1 package of baby food, we charge a flat rate of $8 for local delivery.

Please be aware that the local delivery free shipping is calculated during the checkout process.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders seven days a week.

We will email you after you've placed your order to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. It will need to be during a time someone is home to receive the order.

When should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before a scheduled delivery day, in order to arrange a time and prepare your baby food.

What kinds of ingredients are in your baby foods?

All of our baby foods are organic, plant-based and locally made using whole fruits and vegetables.

How do I store and prepare your baby food?

To prepare our baby food, transfer frozen cubes into a storage container with a lid. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Once served, leftovers must be discarded.

Our baby food must also be kept frozen when not being consumed. 

Where do you source your produce from?

We support and buy from local British Columbia farms whenever seasonally possible, then extended to organic farms across North and South America.

What age do you recommend your product for?

Babies 6 months - 1 year.

How many cubes should I feed my baby?

Anywhere from 1 - 3 cubes per meal depending on your babies age and appetite.

Where is your baby food made?

Our cubes are handmade in a Metro Vancouver Commissary Kitchen approved by the Fraser Health Authority.
