Apple & Cinnamon Smoothie
4 Pure Apple & Cinnamon frozen cubes
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 Tsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (or any non dairy milk that your family prefers)
1/2 cup ice
This smoothie is very easy and quick to make, it is fantastic for breakfast or an on-the-go snack!
Bananas are a great addition to smoothies, as they blend up easily to create a sweet smooth consistency and are packed with potassium and Vitamin C.
Hemp seeds are a perfect way to add a protein rich superfood especially because they blend up so well and go undetected by fussy eaters. They have a great nutritional profile adding healthy fats, fibre, vitamin E, potassium and magnesium to your little ones diet.
