Apple & Cinnamon Smoothie
4 Pure Apple & Cinnamon frozen cubes
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 Tsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup almond milk (or any non dairy milk that your family prefers)
1/2 cup ice
This smoothie is very easy and quick to make, it is fantastic for breakfast or an on-the-go snack!
