Yum! Try this simple, healthy and kid friendly Beet Hummus recipe. Not only will our beet cubes add a beautiful colour to the hummus but also Iron, Potassium and Vitamin C. This is a great snack for veggies, or on crackers and can be packed for daycare or school lunches, or as an elevated puree for your baby who is well on their food journey. Unlike the more traditional hummus flavour, this version has a milder taste for your little ones, all while keeping with the creamy texture and adding a burst of colour and nutrition!

As beets play an essential role in the healthy development of your child, chickpeas are also a great addition. Chickpeas are a great source of essential fatty acids which also play an important role in brain development.
