Cubes: Transfer frozen cubes into a storage container with a lid. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Once served, leftovers must be discarded.

Tubs: Thaw frozen tub in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. If offering over two meals, transfer first portion to a separate container, placing remaining food back in the fridge. Once served, leftovers must be discarded.

How do deliveries work?

After placing your order, we'll hand-deliver your baby food on one of our shipping days.

Which cities do you offer deliveries to?

We currently offer deliveries to the following B.C. cities: West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Delta, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Surrey, and Langley.

If you live outside of these areas, please email us your city for us to consider.

How much do you charge for local delivery?

We offer free local deliveries with a minimum order purchase of $50.00. For orders under $50.00 we charge a flat rate of $10 for local delivery. 

Please note the local delivery free shipping is calculated during the checkout process.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders seven days per week.

We will email you after you've placed your order to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. It will need to be during a time someone is home to receive the order.

When should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before a scheduled delivery day, in order to arrange a time and prepare your order.

Where is the baby food made?

Our cubes are handmade in a Metro Vancouver Commissary Kitchen approved by the Fraser Health Authority.
